The Diamond Standard Awards, proudly presented by 10 Carat Concierge, honoring brilliance in the beauty and wellness industry. By submitting a nomination form or participating in the voting process, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Geographic Restrictions: Participation is open to USA-based businesses only. International entries will be available in future editions.
Business Representation: Only the business owner or an authorized representative of the business is permitted to submit the nomination form.
One Business, One Entry: Only one business location may participate per nomination. Businesses with multiple locations or cities are restricted to entering one location per award cycle.
Category Restrictions: Each business is allowed to enter only one category from the provided list.
Voting Period: Public voting will take place between 2/1-2/28/25.
Winners:
One winner per category will be selected for each participating city based on the highest number of verified votes.
Winners will be announced on the Diamond Standard Awards website and social media platforms.
Recognition:
Winners will be listed for free on the official Diamond Standard Awards website.
Certificates, wall plaques, and award trophies will be available for purchase at an additional cost.
By participating, you agree to receive:
SMS and Email Notifications regarding the contest, including updates, reminders, and voting-related communications.
Occasional marketing, event, and educational content from 10 Carat Concierge. You may opt out of non-contest-related communications at any time.
Your contact information will not be shared with third parties, except as required for administering the contest or fulfilling purchases.

To manage nominations, voting, winner announcements, and related logistics.
Communication:
To send updates about the contest, reminders, and notifications regarding voting and results.

To provide information about 10 Carat Concierge’s marketing, educational content, and events. Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the opt-out instructions provided in emails or SMS messages.

Accuracy of Information: All information provided in the nomination form must be truthful and accurate. Falsified information may result in disqualification without refund or notice.
Prohibited Activities: Businesses engaging in fraudulent voting practices, such as the use of bots or fake accounts, will be disqualified. 10 Carat Concierge reserves the right to audit voting data to ensure fairness.
Indemnification: By participating, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless 10 Carat Concierge from any claims or disputes arising from your participation in the contest.
Contest Changes: 10 Carat Concierge reserves the right to amend contest rules, dates, and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.
Force Majeure: The Diamond Standard Awards and 10 Carat Concierge will not be held liable for events beyond its control that may disrupt the contest, such as natural disasters, technical failures, or legal restrictions.
Refund Policy: Fees for certificates, plaques, or trophies are non-refundable once purchased.
Acknowledgment: By submitting the nomination form and or/voting form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. For business you also confirm that you are authorized to represent the business you are nominating.
10 Carat Concierge (10CC) and the Diamond Standard Awards (DSA) serve solely as administrators of the awards, facilitating nominations, tallying votes, and issuing awards based on public voting results. Participation in the awards does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of the services provided by any nominee or winner.
10CC and DSA are not responsible or liable for the actions, services, or products of any participating business. Customers should exercise their own discretion and judgment when engaging with nominees or award recipients.
